The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to deliver excellent service to internal and external customers. Main point of contact for the organization, will provide administrative support as well as greet visitors and vendors.
Under general direction and will provide administrative support to the Center Manager in Costa Rica. Performs secretarial and administrative duties. Knowledge of company policies and procedures. Required to be flexible and work according to the needs of the organization.
Knowledge in basic functioning of a corporate office 2+ years of administrative/secretarial experience in support of call center operations a plus. Two year college degree preferred. Excellent computer skills: MS office tools and internet.
Skills and abilities: Ability to work independently and under pressure. Excellent customer service skills. Protocol and Etiquette knowledge a plus. Highly organized and effective management skills. Good verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Must be able to work as a team or as an individual. Self-motivated and goal oriented. Able to interact with all level personnel, clients and vendors
