Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze clients’ requests and offer the appropriate services and solutions
- Assist the clients to purchase the services
- Follow up the development process to ensure full customer satisfaction
- Solve any client concern during the whole cooperation process
This is NOT a Call Center job.
Position Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Outstanding client-orientation skills
- 100% Bilingual (Oral and Written) English-Spanish
- Advanced computer skills
- Fast-minded and proactive person
We offer:
- Education in web development fundamentals
- Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm schedule
- No Dress-code
- Friendly and relaxed working environment
