We are seeking to add a Full Time Desktop Support Technician to our technical team. The candidate is required to have desktop support experience in a call center atmosphere.

Required Experience
1. 1+ years desktop support.
2. Ability to speak fluent English and call center work experience.

Position description and responsibilities:
1. Assist our clients with best desktop support.
2. Assisting office workers with their computer desktop systems & telephones
3. Testing of computers and ensuring that computer systems are functioning properly
5. Identifying and solving any problems that affect computer operating systems
6. Discussing with individual staff members who work on the computers what the problems are in order to figure out how to help solve the problem. Individual assessment of computer systems to identify the problem(s)
7. Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
8. Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
9. Carrying out other duties as you may be requested by management
10. Maintaining other computer peripheral devices such as printers and solving printing problems if they arise
11. Coordination of computer maintenance with other Information Technology professionals such as Network Operations staff
12. Stay current with system information, changes and updates
13. Assist Network Operation staff with various projects.

***Must have at least 90% English. *** Excellent written and verbal communication skills ****
