As a Network Engineer at CWC, your primary function is to operate and support CWC’s Live Dealer network and servers. You will apply strong Linux and TCP/IP skills in working on operating Linux servers and TCP/IP network equipment, as well as exercise leadership skills in an active team development and operating environment.
Responsibilities:
· Be an active part of corporate team operating and supporting Linux servers,
firewalls, and
TCP/IP network equipment
· Redundant server and network infrastructure for 100% service uptime
· Monitor servers and networks for 100% service uptime
· Investigate and resolve problem reports
· DDoS mitigation
· Network security
· Backups and disaster recovery
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
Skills & Experience:
· 5+ years of experience operating Linux servers and network equipment
· 5+ years of experience operating network equipment from Cisco, Riorey, and others
· Thorough understanding of networking protocols, specifically TCP/IP
