TTI-Telecom, A Teoco Company is looking for Support/Integrator Engineer
Responsible for providing support to software solutions performing essential software integration and maintenance functions.
Job functions:
- Provide technical support for TTI Projects.
- Problem solving and troubleshooting for TTI solutions.
- Interface between Projects and R&D departments.
- Perform TTI’s software installation, integration and maintenance.
- Handle customer’s problems remotely and over the phone.
Degree: Computer Science Engineering Bachelor (ongoing)
Experience:
- Unix/Linux System administration – mandatory
- Unix/Linux commands and shell scripting deep knowledge – mandatory
- SQL knowledge – mandatory
- Sybase and/or Oracle databases background – advantage
- Sun Cluster and/or VERITAS cluster administration – advantage
- Telephony, communication or telecom background – advantage
- WebLogic – advantage
- NGIOS knowledge – advantage
